Role/Department:

We are seeking a Senior Resiliency Consultant to join our global team. As a key member of our Incident Management team, you will be responsible for managing incident command centers, collaborating with technology teams, and providing threat and vulnerability monitoring.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and triage incident command centers to respond to operational and technology-related incidents
  • Collaborate with teams to provide threat and vulnerability monitoring
  • Support the development of incident communication templates
  • Support post-incident assessments and tracking of follow-up deliverables
  • Provide Incident Management stakeholder training
  • Coordinate between teams and Corporate Risk Incident Response Teams
  • Work with the team to ensure operational, productivity, and volatility metrics are in place
  • Represent C&IS and GS in LIRT, BIRT, and CIRT
  • Support the resolution of complex business problems

Requirements:

  • Several years of related experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Incident Management, Risk, or Controls
  • Knowledge of crisis management, disaster, and business recovery and continuity management
  • Understanding of risk management practices, including cyber security and regulation
  • Experience supporting project implementation and working with cross-functional teams
  • Working knowledge of relevant technologies
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and related tools
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to drive to execution
