Join Capco as an Operational Resilience Risk Consultant

Capco is a global management and technology consultancy dedicated to the financial services and energy industries.

We are seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Risk Consultant to join our growing Financial Crime, Risk, Regulation and Finance capability. As an Operational Resilience Risk Consultant, you will work with our clients to deliver solutions that improve their operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and calibrate ITOL and IBS controls
  • Develop process maps and implement controls
  • Embed operational resilience into client organizations
  • Monitor and report on Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
  • Identify and assess supplier chain risks
  • Develop and implement vendor risk mitigation and remediation strategies
  • Implement controls and tooling to enhance operational resilience
  • Conduct cyber posture assessments and risk management
  • Respond to regulatory changes and implement security designs
  • Assess and implement cloud security controls

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge and practical experience of operational resilience, third-party risk, and cyber risk regulatory requirements
  • Experience in assessing controls and designing remedial actions
  • Ability to advise on and implement changes to support operational resilience gaps
  • Decision-making skills using a holistic approach
  • Experience in defining and implementing risk management frameworks and process improvements
  • Facilitation skills for stakeholder conversations and deep dives
  • Experience in evaluating regulatory changes and their impact on clients
  • Ability to work on multiple, diverse, and complex client programs
  • Self-starter and strong team player
  • Demonstrable expertise in building and leveraging relationships
