2nd Line Support Analyst

Cloud Decisions, a Microsoft Gold Partner, is seeking a skilled 2nd Line Support Analyst to join their team. As a key member of their IT support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers via telephone, email, and remote access.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for complex IT issues, including network topology, components, and systems monitoring
  • Use remote control software for fault diagnosis and resolution
  • Collaborate with other service providers and third-party suppliers to understand multi-faceted IT issues
  • Responsible for updating all third-party calls, which should be done via phone, not email
  • Assist in the preparation and dispatch of IT equipment
Requirements:
  • Experience in using service desk applications to log and monitor support calls
  • Knowledge of both server and client operating systems
  • Microsoft Exchange, MS Office Suite, and Microsoft Azure
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
