Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our Meeting and Events Operations Team. As a Bartender, you will work closely with the bar management team to achieve revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction goals for the bar and operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the bar management team in achieving revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction goals
  • Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seek opportunities to improve the guest experience
  • Implement and develop strategies to improve the bar and operation under the guidance of the bar management team
Requirements
  • Current cocktail bar experience within a luxury bar or restaurant
  • Good knowledge of cocktails and fine wines
  • Ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and ensure they come to completion to achieve the required results
  • Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets
  • Demonstrates passionate and drive to meet and exceed expectations while delivering outstanding attention to detail and precision
