Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Meeting & Events Floor Manager to join our Meetings & Events Operations team at Pan Pacific London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our guests, ensuring the smooth operation and execution of all meetings, conferences, and events.

This role involves managing staff, coordinating logistics, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience while maintaining high standards of service. Your tasks will include:

  • Ensuring all event spaces are prepared according to client specifications and hotel standards.
  • Coordinating with the events team to ensure all logistical needs are met, including AV, seating, and catering requirements.
  • Supervising, training, and motivating the events team, including floor staff, servers, and support personnel.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients during events to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinating with the kitchen, AV teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Maintaining accurate records of event details, client requests, and team schedules.
