As a **Meeting and Events Floor Manager**, you can bring your passion and personality to work and be part of this vibrant team.

The role of the**Meeting and Events Floor Manager** is to lead the day-to-day operation from an organisational perspective, whilst running a busy Meetings & Events department. The **Meeting and Events Operations Floor Manager**will lead the Events Operations Team by supervising all full-time and agency staff to ensure a smooth & efficient running operation.

We are looking for**Meeting and Events Floor Manager** who:

- Helps and supports the event organisers to ensure their event is as expected and is a memorable day
- Will take responsibility for the successful running of all events
- Manages day-to-day staffing requirements, plan and assign work. Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help improve team member's performance
- Will oversee and manage productivity of payroll, expenses, cost of sales, par levels and general stock control in line with financial procedures
- Works closely with other departments including the kitchen team
- Is passionate about exceeding guests' expectations
- Has previous experience as a Meeting & Events Supervisor or Meetings & Events Team Leader in a hotel
As a **Meeting and Events Floor Manager** you will receive:
