Benoy is seeking a talented and passionate Interior Designer to join our dynamic team, specializing in Retail and Mixed-Use Design projects.

As a key member of our creative studio, you will contribute your technical and artistic expertise to deliver exceptional design solutions. Working under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will play a vital role in shaping inspiring and functional spaces.

Your Responsibilities
  • Design Expertise:
    • Develop comprehensive furniture and finishes schedules.
    • Conduct thorough research and gather inspirational reference material.
    • Create detailed drawing packages for various project stages, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
    • Produce compelling concept work utilizing diverse media to effectively communicate design ideas.
    • Stay abreast of emerging trends and inspirations within the design world.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage effective communication throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Coordinate closely with contractors and other teams to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Contribute to the development of impactful presentations that effectively convey design concepts and project progress.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Foster a collaborative work environment by actively seeking feedback and contributing to team success.
    • Support company-wide initiatives and contribute to the overall growth of Benoy.
  • Client Interaction:
    • Engage positively with clients and consultants, building strong relationships based on trust and understanding.
    • Participate actively in client presentations and meetings, effectively communicating design solutions and addressing client needs.
  • Financial Control:
    • Gain a comprehensive understanding of project budgets and financial parameters.
    • Develop a working knowledge of project financials to ensure responsible resource allocation and cost management.
Your Qualifications
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Revit and Rhino.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the Concept, Schematic, and Detailed phases of design projects.
  • Exceptional conceptual and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of materials and their applications in interior design.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and a passion for design.
