Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paralegal to join our Family Law team. As a Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting our solicitors and barristers in the preparation and conduct of cases, as well as providing administrative support to the team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist solicitors and barristers in the preparation and conduct of cases, including drafting documents, conducting research, and gathering evidence.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing files, preparing court bundles, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless case management.
  • Contribute to the development of case strategies and provide input on case progress.
  • Maintain accurate time-keeping and billing records.
Requirements
  • Strong academic background in Law, preferably with a Law degree.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
