This position requires regular travel to various hospital locations.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performing cleaning tasks to uphold a sanitary pharmacy environment, including but not limited to:
  • Disinfecting surfaces, shelves, and work areas
  • Managing waste disposal
  • Sweeping and mopping floors
  • Vacuuming
  • Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces
  • Restocking cleaning supplies as necessary
  • Following infection control protocols to prevent pathogen transmission and ensure patient safety
  • Collaborating with pharmacy personnel to coordinate cleaning schedules and prioritize urgent cleaning needs
  • Reporting maintenance or safety concerns to the relevant department for timely resolution
  • Adhering to safety guidelines and utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
