Role Overview:
As a pivotal member of the Promote Project team, you will oversee a dedicated group of product managers, working in close collaboration with UX, Analytics, and Engineering departments to realize the product vision and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the transformation of product concepts from initial stages into detailed plans, timelines, and projects, ensuring alignment with financial implications, marketing requirements, and overarching business objectives.
2. Collaborate with executive leadership to establish and achieve company goals, providing expertise and guidance on product-related initiatives and systems.
3. Define, measure, and assess key performance metrics related to product success, delivering comprehensive summaries to executive leadership.

Qualifications:
- Over 8 years of experience in a software environment.
- Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role leading a product team within a technology company, with experience liaising with executive leadership.
- Proven track record in applying user research and data analysis to formulate actionable product strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with engineering teams to deliver products using agile/scrum methodologies.
- Strong communication skills to engage with engineering teams, possessing the ability to converse in technical terms.
- A deep passion for user experience, with a keen eye for UI and design.
- Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
- Comfortable representing the team and advocating for projects across the organization and to senior leadership, partners, and clients.
- Experience in managing complex projects with both front-end and back-end components is an advantage.
- Familiarity with working in an international business environment with virtual global teams and knowledge of product localization.
