Pantheon is a leading private markets investment firm with a reputation for innovation and expertise. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Private Wealth team as a Senior Associate.

About the Role

  • As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for leading our relationships with independent wealth management firms, private banks, and family offices.
  • You will coordinate investor due diligence, facilitating meetings, RFPs, DDQs, and ad hoc requests.
  • You will oversee collateral updates, including pitchbooks, fact sheets, DDQs, quarterly updates, and other standard content.
  • You will leverage your expertise in asset management sales and service to the US Private Wealth Market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead contact for existing wealth management firm clients to assist with daily inbound requests and client service matters.
  • Coordinate investor due diligence and facilitate meetings, RFPs, DDQs, and ad hoc requests.
  • Oversee collateral updates, including pitchbooks, fact sheets, DDQs, quarterly updates, and other standard content.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with independent wealth management firms, private banks, and family offices.

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in asset management sales and service to the US Private Wealth Market.
  • Strong expertise in private markets investing and asset management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
