Service Designer

At 383 | B Corp®, we're seeking a skilled Service Designer to join our team of digital product specialists. As a Service Designer, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our clients' digital experiences.

About the Role

The Service Designer will be responsible for assessing complex digital engagement situations, identifying areas of opportunity, and establishing frameworks to guide us towards the best human and business outcomes.

You'll work closely with a diverse team of product designers, technologists, and stakeholders to create innovative digital solutions that meet the needs of our clients and their users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement service design strategies to drive business growth and user satisfaction
  • Lead service design projects from conception to implementation, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Conduct user research and synthesise insights to inform service design decisions
  • Design and prototype service concepts to refine and improve service offerings
  • Work closely with the product design team to express the strategy within the digital product/service
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in service design, including developing and implementing service design strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to lead service design projects from conception through to implementation
  • Hands-on experience with service design tools and methods, such as journey mapping, service blueprints, and ecosystem mapping
  • Experience in conducting user research and synthesising insights to inform service design
  • Familiarity with prototyping and testing service concepts to refine and improve service offerings
