CMA Recruitment Group is assisting an organisation to recruit for a Senior HR Administrator on a permanent basis.

The role is responsible for providing a full administrative service for the HR department, working alongside a busy HR team who are both supportive and encouraging.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment, including overseeing onboarding, ensuring documentation, and managing checks.
  2. Own the employee exit process, including resignation letters, updating records, and terminating accounts.
  3. Maintain employee records by updating records with any changes.
  4. Prepare agendas, attend and take minutes for HR meetings, and act as a note-taker in reviews and investigations.
  5. Oversee the HR inbox, respond to queries, and action alerts to colleagues.
  6. Ad hoc tasks when required.
Requirements:
  1. Strong administrative HR background with an efficient and organised approach.
  2. Excellent at working in a team in a supportive role.
