HR Administrator

CMA Recruitment Group is assisting an organisation to recruit for a Senior HR Administrator on a permanent basis.
The role is responsible for providing a full administrative service for the HR department, working alongside a busy HR team who are both supportive and encouraging.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including overseeing onboarding, ensuring documentation, and managing checks.
- Own the employee exit process, including resignation letters, updating records, and terminating accounts.
- Maintain employee records by updating records with any changes.
- Prepare agendas, attend and take minutes for HR meetings, and act as a note-taker in reviews and investigations.
- Oversee the HR inbox, respond to queries, and action alerts to colleagues.
- Ad hoc tasks when required.
- Strong administrative HR background with an efficient and organised approach.
- Excellent at working in a team in a supportive role.
- Office based role.
- Excellent exposure to a varied HR role in a changing organisation and friendly team that encourages progression.
