GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a confident and capable Cover Supervisor to work in schools across Boston.
Job Summary:We are looking for an individual with excellent classroom management skills who can contribute to student success.
Responsibilities:- Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Ensure students remain engaged and follow the set work.
- Maintain classroom discipline and support students' learning.
- Step in to manage a variety of subjects and age groups as needed.
- Prior experience working with young people is advantageous but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
Please note that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection, and that successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks, including providing an enhanced DBS on the update service, or completing an application for a new check.
