About the Role

Prospectus is seeking an experienced Director of Fundraising and Growth to lead our Fundraising Department and drive the growth of our supporter relationship portfolio across philanthropy, trusts, and corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Fundraising Department and its team of fundraisers to achieve ambitious strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to grow major donor philanthropy and secure funding at the six and seven-figure level.
  • Represent the organization to inspiring stakeholders and build support for the charity.
  • Manage high-value fundraising cycles, from prospecting to securing funding.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to drive business growth and development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience of leading Fundraising departments at a senior level.
  • Expertise in managing high-value fundraising cycles.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
