Job Title: Computer Relocation Specialist

At Sirva Bgrs Llc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Relocation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our relocation team, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of local destination service programs based on our clients' policies and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and manage the relocation process for assignees and their families from pre-decision to arrival and ongoing support.
  • Manage expenses at the lowest possible level for corporate clients while contributing to optimum revenues for Sirva Relocation.
  • Coordinate with internal consultants, 3rd party providers, and designated assignees to ensure successful assignee experiences.
  • Remain up-to-date on local and expatriate issues, including knowledge of the housing market, international schools, recreation, health issues, public transportation, and groceries.
  • Maintain inventories of Sirva Relocation reference materials and keep abreast of useful information for the Expatriate 'Welcome Kit'.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in relocation, human resources, and/or accounting or finance.
  • Excellent communication and diplomatic skills, with experience in living abroad and/or communicating with all levels of employees and across cultures.
  • Fluent English speaker with one or more languages.
  • Strong customer service background with the ability to build relationships and proven skills in project and service partner management.
  • Good computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Access).
