- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including mortgage advisers, solicitors, buyers, vendors, and surveyors
- Gather required documents to complete the sale, including identification, mortgage agreements, and insurance policies
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for clients
- Demonstrable track record of success in an administrative role
- Knowledge of the home buying process and estate agency/residential lettings industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to excellence
- Basic annual salary between £17,500 to £22,000 (dependent on experience)
- Quarterly bonuses for successfully converting a percentage of the pipeline
- Dedicated training and coaching to support ongoing development
