Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ecommerce Manager to drive growth and optimize our online presence in the vintage fashion retail space. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our ecommerce operations, implementing digital marketing strategies, and enhancing our customer experience across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy and Implementation

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize the ecommerce website, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience.
  • Oversee online merchandising, including product listings, pricing, and promotions.

Digital Marketing

  • Lead SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms.
  • Develop and implement email marketing strategies to engage customers and drive sales.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Utilize web analytics tools to monitor KPIs, analyze customer behavior, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports on ecommerce performance, including sales, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, creative, customer service, and IT teams to ensure seamless ecommerce operations.
  • Collaborate with the events team to integrate online and offline marketing efforts.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven track record of driving ecommerce growth and improving key metrics.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and web analytics.
  • Proficiency in ecommerce platforms and analytics tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
