We are seeking a skilled Property Valuer to join our team in Swindon. As a Property Valuer with haart, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, generate new and repeat business, and market properties to buyers utilizing various marketing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to secure new instructions and repeat business
- Focus on generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base
- Market properties to buyers through various marketing channels, including online platforms and local advertising
- Complete contracts on properties and ensure timely completion of sales
- Upsell additional products and services to clients
- Prepare brochures for each property, including photos and written descriptions
- Canvass the local area to identify new business opportunities
- Door knocking and leaflet dropping to promote our services
- Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
- Experience as an Estate Agent or Property Valuer, with a proven track record of success
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work well with others
- Ability to work under own initiative and make decisions with minimal supervision
- Basic IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
