Estate Agent Property Valuer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estate Agent Property Valuer to join our team at Crux Careers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for valuing properties, generating leads, and managing sales staff to achieve targets and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Actively pursue new business opportunities, attending valuations and converting leads into sales.
- Establish and implement effective marketing and canvassing plans to drive sales growth.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Provide in-branch training and coaching to sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct regular one-to-one reviews and appraisals to ensure staff are meeting targets and objectives.
- Manage day-to-day general enquiries, including face-to-face and telephone interactions, and administration tasks.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Maximize business growth by actioning website and online lead enquiries.
- Ensure branch compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in estate agency.
- Ability to work towards targets and motivate the team to do the same.
- Full UK driving license and own car.
- Excellent attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Good record of personal effectiveness.
- Customer-driven with a drive for results.
- Previous people management experience (desirable).
