CRP Group Global Ltd is seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our Service Centre team, you will be responsible for effectively managing all parts stock holding for our Service Centre site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate supplies, orders, return parts, part exchange, and warranty units for the workshop.
- Manage all Service Centre stock/tooling on site, for Field Technician Vehicles and at Customer locations.
- Ensure the safe storage of hazardous materials in line with Health and Safety and COSHH guidelines.
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain required parts to meet deadlines, reducing VOR costs and increasing Customer Experience.
- Conduct weekly perpetual stock checks, investigating high-value discrepancies.
- Liaise with off-site engineers, supplying correct parts to meet deadlines.
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays. One day off during the week will be agreed with the candidate.
Requirements: FLT licence desirable, but training can be provided. Manual handling and occasional use of a hand pallet truck and gas-powered forklift required.
