As a key member of the Parts team, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, maintaining stock levels, and pre-picking parts for the workshop. If you have previous experience in the Parts department, a strong work ethic, and excellent administrative skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and manage inventory
  • Pre-pick parts and accessories for the workshop to ensure smooth job flow
  • Process payments for customers and handle walk-in, telephone, and internet enquiries
  • Review and find opportunities within key accounts
  • Ensure a clean and tidy work area and maintain high levels of Health and Safety standards

Requirements
  • Previous experience in the Parts department
  • Strong work ethic and excellent administrative skills
  • Knowledge of DMS/Stock Control and customer service
  • Good standard of numeracy and basic IT skills
  • Passion for the industry and vehicles
