About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Strategy & Corporate Development team as a Strategy & Corporate Development Associate. This role will play a critical part in helping Aristocrat achieve its strategic growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of the corporate strategy and execute strategic planning processes across all of Aristocrat's global business operations.
  • Evaluate cross-enterprise strategic opportunities that leverage the strengths of our three business units: Land (Aristocrat Gaming), Digital (Pixel United), and iGaming (Aristocrat Interactive).
  • Conduct industry, competitor, and trends analyses to inform the strategic planning process.
  • Apply a commercial lens to identify and execute strategic growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier undergraduate university.
  • Experience in strategy consulting or M&A advisory for the gaming industry, specifically iGaming.
  • Excellent financial literacy, modeling, and valuation skills, with a proven aptitude for analytical work.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and processes.
