Avionic Design Role Overview

At KDC Resource, we are seeking an experienced Avionic Electrical Design Engineer to support our Bournemouth-based team in the design activities associated with avionic modifications, installations, and structural repair schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Capture and analyze data and requirements
* Create and modify 3D models from conceptual designs through to Design for Manufacturability (DFM)
* Collaborate with customer design teams and other departments, adhering to quality processes to ensure accurate work
* Participate in Design Reviews, tracking and closing actions
* Conduct clash detection analysis and reporting

Requirements:

* Degree or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aeronautical Engineering, or relevant experience
* Previous experience in an aerospace, defense, or high-tech sector design role
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
