Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer leaves with a positive experience.
  • Urging safer gambling practices and promoting responsible gaming.
  • Take bets on a wide range of sports and events, providing expert knowledge and guidance.
  • Process customer transactions, including cash handling, with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Help demonstrate our products and betting terminals to customers, showcasing our offerings.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills, resolving issues promptly.
  • Work towards defined targets and goals, driving sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain high shop standards, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Open or close the shop as needed, taking on additional responsibilities.

Working Patterns:

This role requires flexibility, with availability from Monday to Friday, 5pm-10pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 8am-10pm, including weekends and bank holidays. Your typical weekly rota will be a blend of long opening shifts, long closing shifts, and shorter evening shifts, varying week to week.

At Entain, we prioritize a healthy work-life balance, providing your rota at least four weeks in advance.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or over to work in our betting shops.
  • Passion for delivering great customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Effective communication skills, able to communicate complex information clearly.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team, adapting to changing situations.
  • Deal with challenging situations in a calm and professional manner.
