Job Title: Litigation Solicitor/Experienced Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner to join our team at Greenstone Solicitors. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of dealing with personal injury claims, with a strong technical ability and practical knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury claims, predominantly RTA based with some aspects of EL and PL cases
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct thorough investigations and assessments to determine liability and damages
  • Prepare and present cases in court, using negotiation skills to achieve the best possible outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and targets

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of dealing with personal injury claims
  • Strong technical ability with practical knowledge of CPR
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • High standards of organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £22,500.00 - £31,000.00 per year
