Child Abuse Compensation Department Opportunity

We are seeking a Solicitor or FCILEX to join our Child Abuse Compensation Department at our Dewsbury office. The successful candidate will have a background in Personal Injury Claims and/or Civil Litigation.

The Child Abuse Compensation Department is a national leader in the niche area of abuse law. We have acted as the lead Solicitor for large groups of survivors who suffered abuse in children's homes and detention centres.

To be considered for this role, you will have a Solicitor or FCILEX qualification and a background in Personal Injury Claims and/or Civil Litigation. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including 26 days holidays rising to 31, and a flexible working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the lead Solicitor for large groups of survivors who suffered abuse in children's homes and detention centres
  • Develop scheme cases and provide full training to candidates
  • Work in a national leader in the niche area of abuse law
