Job Description

ITL UK is seeking a seasoned professional with in-depth knowledge in Business Process Consulting, specifically in Store Operations and Point of Sales applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to different phases of the consulting lifecycle, including business process consulting, problem definition, and solution creation.
  • Interface with customers at a strategic level to understand requirements and solution aspects.
  • Provide inputs for Functional Solution design, Strategy definition, and business alignment.
  • Guide teams on project processes, deliverables, and contribute to proposal development, client training, and internal capability building.
  • Help detail project scope and shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable clients to meet changing needs.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, and requirement elicitation in Store functions.
  • Specializing in Point of Sales applications, Payment Integrations, Store Inventory Management, Back-Office Systems, and Store Operations.
  • At least 5 years' experience in working with leading SIMs and knowledge of Store Operations usage in Fuel Stations and Convenience Stores.
  • Deep extensive knowledge of value stream functions associated with Stores (Sales, CRM, Payments, Store Operations, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Product Management/Business management areas and ability to interface with customers and other stakeholders in solutioning WMS components.
  • Hands-on knowledge on customizations, implementations, configuration, and integrations for POS packages or custom solutions.
  • Hands-on knowledge on data models, Data Querying, Data Contracts, etc.
