Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Payroll and Systems Manager to join our team at Vibe Recruit. As a key member of our senior management team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Payroll Operations: Oversee and manage payroll operations across multiple countries and regions, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
  2. Payroll Systems: Review, oversee, and implement integrated solutions for payroll systems across the business, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  3. Process Improvement: Review and develop process improvement procedures and guidelines to ensure best practices are followed, driving efficiency and accuracy in payroll operations.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with all stakeholders, including payroll system vendors and service providers across various UK and non-UK operations.
  5. Payroll Enhancements: Implement payroll system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations to improve efficiency and accuracy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  6. Leadership: Lead the payroll function to provide exceptional service to the business, driving strategic initiatives and process improvements.
  7. Year-End Processes: Coordinate year-end payroll processes, including tax reporting, annual statements, and compliance filings for each country.
  8. Complex Payroll Scenarios: Handle complex payroll scenarios, such as international assignments, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
