The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring timely and efficient retrieval and storage of case notes, and adhering to strict confidentiality and information governance policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retrieve and store case notes in a secure and organized manner
  • Enter data into the Patient Administration System with precision and accuracy
  • Maintain the case note tracking system and ensure its accuracy
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of processes to improve patient record management

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately

Working Hours:

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, with a full-time permanent position available.
