We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Social Worker to join our Fostering Team in Oldham. As a key member of our team, you will provide ongoing support and supervision to foster carers and their families, ensuring the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality support and supervision to foster carers and their families
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of children and young people's progress
- Attend meetings, child care statutory reviews, and care planning meetings
- Work collaboratively with foster parents and social workers to manage contact between children and their birth families
- Social Work Qualification
- At least 1 year of experience working in a similar team
- Social Work England registration
