We are actively seeking a Senior Value Solutions Engineer to join our expanding Go-To-Market (GTM) team across North America, Europe, and APAC. Your skills in creating mathematical value models and effectively communicating with diverse audiences will be invaluable in this role. As part of our Value Engineering team, you will work closely with sales account teams to develop and present compelling business cases grounded in a value-based approach. Your contributions will help standardize our value propositions and integrate them into our overall sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate value discovery sessions with prospects and clients, capturing their objectives and documenting outcomes to showcase measurable business value.
- Clearly articulate the differences between the client's current situation and their desired outcomes.
- Develop analytical models and tailored executive presentations for key accounts.
- Collaborate with sales enablement to provide training on leveraging Value Engineering content and resources.
- Gather and analyze key metrics from Freshworks and the industry to identify trends and benchmarks.
- Work alongside fellow value engineers, account executives, and solution engineers to contribute to comprehensive value assessments.
- Assist in creating and delivering executive-level presentations in client engagements.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Value Engineering, Pre-sales Value Consulting, Solution Engineering, or management consulting.
- Proficient in financial analysis and modeling of ROI and TCO concepts to substantiate business cases, with a demonstrated ability to apply ROI metrics effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills are essential for success in this role.
- A blend of business and technical knowledge, enabling you to engage in discussions that encompass both technology and business strategy.
- Ability to influence C-suite executives with credibility and enthusiasm.
- A high-energy, self-motivated individual who can navigate ambiguity and take ownership of initiatives.
- A collaborative mindset, capable of working across sales, onboarding, sales enablement, and marketing teams.
- Familiarity with technology and enterprise software is preferred, with knowledge of CRM, ITSM, and Customer Service solutions being advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required.
