Position Overview

Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing lead generation initiatives while ensuring effective lead delivery from the start of the campaign to its conclusion. Your role will involve crafting campaigns, creating necessary assets, and managing delivery schedules. By collaborating with delivery partners, you will ensure that campaigns are executed smoothly, maintain quality assurance, facilitate lead transfers, and provide comprehensive reporting to both internal teams and clients.

You will guarantee that all leads adhere to quality benchmarks and align with the defined client scope. Close collaboration with our Client Success team and external partners will be essential. Additionally, you will manage the technical components of content syndication campaigns, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations, and strive to enhance syndication processes.

This role offers hybrid working options.

As a Campaign Operations Manager at Next 15, you will:

Assume complete responsibility for assigned campaigns, demonstrating a thorough understanding of their end-to-end workflow. Collaborate with delivery teams for support and updates, work alongside client success teams on campaign developments, and foster strong relationships with partners to ensure clarity on each campaign's specific requirements. Track campaign performance, address issues promptly, and work with team members to devise quick solutions. Utilize insights to refine processes and create mitigation strategies to prevent future occurrences. Develop campaign assets, uploading them to the Campaign Management Platform (CMP) in accordance with the established workflow. Partner with client services teams to source appropriate assets and secure timely approvals for campaign launches. Exhibit precision and thoroughness in all Quality Assurance (QA) tasks. Take full ownership of the meticulous review of leads and campaigns. Gain proficiency in operational practices and technology platforms to support client delivery. Adhere to these practices and leverage technology to ensure efficient campaign execution. Propose innovative approaches to enhance the effectiveness of the delivery team.

You will bring:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in executing content syndication or lead generation campaigns. Experience within a multi-service marketing agency. A solid understanding of effective operational delivery. Experience in a QA role or responsibility. Insight into the demand generation industry, market dynamics, and client expectations. Familiarity with the Convertr lead platform or similar lead management systems.
