An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Estate Planning Specialist to join Additional Resources Ltd, a reputable and well-established accountancy firm. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting wills, writing powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Take client instructions and provide timely, expert advice to clients.
  • Liaise with executors, trustees, beneficiaries, and other professionals.
  • Refer complex trust and inheritance tax enquiries to senior staff.
  • Maintain well-organised and accurate client files using the company's internal systems.
  • Deliver compassionate and sensitive service, particularly when supporting elderly or vulnerable clients.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience as an Estate Planning Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Experience working within a practice, drafting wills, and advising on estate planning matters.
  • Strong IT skills and attention to detail.
  • Ideal qualifications include will writing or estate planning qualifications or STEP qualifications.
  • Must have access to your own transport.
