Care Worker

NHS Highland is committed to delivering high-quality care and support services to individuals in need. As a Bank Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable adults in a residential setting, ensuring their physical comfort and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team to provide care and support to clients in a residential setting
- Contribute to the movement and treatment of clients to maximise their physical comfort
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
- Respond constructively to unpredictable situations and cope under pressure
- Provide evidence of a good basic education, good written communication, and report writing skills
- Experience of working with people in a care setting
- SVQ 2 in Social Care or equivalent
- Commitment to achieve SVQ 3 in Social Care or equivalent
- Administration of Medication training
NHS Highland offers a friendly and supportive working environment with ongoing training opportunities. This is a bank post, and the hours of duty are in line with the needs of the service, which can be flexible.
