Lead Our Residential Sales Business

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to lead our residential sales business. As Head of Residential Sales, you will be responsible for shaping and influencing our sales teams across London and the UK.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead our national residential sales business, driving growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with our sales operations, business services, and regional heads to achieve strong results
  • Pitch and bring in new business, leveraging your expertise and network
  • Focus on and grow our sales business, identifying new opportunities and implementing change to increase income and profitability
  • Recruit and manage top talent, arranging training, appraisals, and setting targets and commission arrangements
  • Prepare business plans, identify potential acquisitions, and ensure we get the most out of our CRM software
  • Oversee sales teams' processes and paperwork, ensuring compliance with current legislation
  • Chair meetings and work with senior teams to implement and review sales projections and budgets
Requirements:

This role requires an experienced residential sales professional with a proven track record of generating sales and new business. You will have excellent leadership skills, developing your teams to grow office income, and budget and fee management skills, with experience of advising and reporting on a regular basis.
