Key Responsibilities- Drive Results: Ensure that teams have the resources they need to succeed while being accountable for the timely delivery of products and services.
- Agile and Lean Practices: Coach and mentor team members in agile methodologies, applying tools and techniques such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP. Act as an advocate for continuous improvement and innovation in processes.
- Board Management: Oversee the administration of the scrum/kanban board, ensuring all tasks are up-to-date and tools like Jira and Shortcut function smoothly.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze metrics such as burndown charts to assess team progress and identify areas for enhancement.
- Technical Excellence: Ensure that products meet high technical standards, addressing tech debt, security, performance, and resiliency.
- Leadership: Inspire and guide teams to achieve their objectives, fostering a culture of cooperation and innovation.
- Planning and Coordination: Lead planning processes in complex environments, identifying dependencies and coordinating delivery across services while coaching teams.
- Team Dynamics: Build and maintain motivated teams, addressing issues in dynamics through Agile health checks.
- Effective Communication: Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, managing expectations and facilitating discussions about complex topics with empathy and clarity.
- Lifecycle Perspective: Apply your experience across the product lifecycle to encourage continuous improvement, recognizing when to advance or pause projects.
- You are passionate about delivering solutions effectively and efficiently.
- You take initiative to address challenges and implement improvements.
- You value inclusivity and work diligently to engage all team members and stakeholders.
- You thrive in ambiguous situations and excel at creating order from chaos.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role such as Agile Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Technical Delivery Manager.
- Strong background in Agile methodologies within complex organizations.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and confidently at all organizational levels.
- Experience in building agile capabilities across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of tools and systems such as AWS, Jira, GitLab, and Databricks is desirable.
