Key Responsibilities- Manage invoice and purchasing registers with high accuracy, maintaining a systematic approach to tasks.
- Assist with the preparation of estimates and tender paperwork, utilizing your proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and experience with Sage.
- Perform reception duties, including handling incoming calls and meeting & greeting visitors, utilizing your excellent communication skills.
- Carry out general administrative duties such as photocopying, filing, and importing data onto the system, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Schedule meetings and book meeting rooms as required, utilizing your proactive approach to work and ability to work independently.
- Organise travel and accommodation arrangements for staff, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and experience with Sage.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail for precise data entry.
- Good communication skills for reception duties and team collaboration.
- A proactive approach to work and the ability to work independently.
