The Role

We are seeking a Seasonal Team Member to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a visit they'll cherish forever. This vibrant and dynamic role is perfect for those looking to immerse themselves in a lively work environment during the peak season.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing information about the attraction and ensuring a positive guest experience
  • Participate in special events or activities organised for the summer period, offering support and ensuring smooth operations
  • Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service, being comfortable speaking in front of groups of guests
  • Operate the ticketing system accurately and efficiently, understanding the products we sell and timings
  • Manage the queue and keep guests happy, effectively handling transactions and processing sales for market purchases
  • Provide information about all events, packages, and facilities, as well as guiding guests on their visit

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Cash handling experience or willingness to learn
  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and able to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Ability to work during the summer period, including weekends and evenings
