We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Bridge Recruitment Group Ltd. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our client's facilities, ensuring that high standards of cleanliness and customer service are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Management: You will be responsible for managing supervisors and cleaners across multiple sites, ensuring that cleaning schedules are completed to agreed standards and that all areas are kept clean and tidy.
  • Training and Development: You will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and training new starters, as well as providing ongoing training and support to existing staff.
  • Audits and Quality Control: You will be responsible for conducting regular audits to ensure that cleaning standards are being met, and for implementing quality control measures to improve performance.
  • Communication and Liaison: You will be responsible for maintaining open lines of communication with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, and for liaising with colleagues to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:
