We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our People Team at Resident Hotels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to our team members, providing advice and guidance on all aspects of people management, and championing a team member-centred culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and absence management.
