Job Title: Head of Project Development

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Project Development to lead our development team in delivering high-value renewable and sustainable energy projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing project management strategies, leading a team of project managers, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within agreed budgets and timeframes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the development team to deliver industry-leading renewable and sustainable energy projects.
  • Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with senior management to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and best-in-class performance and cost benefits.
  • Develop and maintain clear communications between the development team and other internal teams.
  • Ensure a positive and meaningful community engagement process is followed and reflective of both BSR values and the needs of local communities.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in the development of renewable and sustainable energy projects.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing project management teams.
  • Experience working with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Qualification in Project Management, such as PRINCE2 or Agile.
