Dennison Commercials Ltd, a prominent dealer in heavy commercial vehicles, is on the lookout for a dedicated Full-Time Goods In Co-Ordinator for our operations.

Working Hours:

The standard working hours for this position are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. However, candidates should be prepared to work evenings and Saturday mornings as needed.

Position Responsibilities

Key Duties Include:

  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the parts storage and goods in area.
  • Receiving parts and ensuring timely and accurate stock handling.
  • Conducting thorough checks on received goods for damages and verifying quantities.
  • Accurate completion of all goods receipt documentation.
  • Delivering stock to designated areas within the storage facility and ensuring proper placement.
  • Updating the company inventory system to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Processing returns of parts according to warranty procedures.
  • Assisting with order picking as required.
  • Participating in stocktaking activities as necessary.
  • Performing forklift operations as needed.
  • Complying with company health and safety regulations.
  • Carrying out additional duties relevant to the role as required.

Essential Skills

Experience in servicing and compliance is necessary.
