Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Pick and process customer orders accurately, meeting deadlines and maintaining high levels of quality.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of vehicles using a forklift truck, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
  • Process orders accurately, within a time dictated by the customer deadline, and maintain accurate records.
  • Serve customers on the trade counter, providing product information and resolving queries.
  • Interact with customers, building strong relationships and promoting our products and services.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Literacy and numeracy skills, with the ability to read and understand instructions, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • A hardworking and helpful individual, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • An understanding of health and safety procedures, with the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or customer-facing role.
  • A good knowledge of computer systems and software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • A forklift truck license, with the ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
