Key Responsibilities
Catering Operations Supervisors are tasked with overseeing the daily operational catering services at a designated site within the Estates and Facilities Division. This includes the supervision and training of Catering Facilities Operatives.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring that the preparation and presentation of all meals for patients, staff, and visitors meet high standards while adhering to exceptional food hygiene practices and procedures. Additionally, you will manage a delegated budget, ensuring that the catering function delivers value for money.

Qualifications
Essential
- Catering Qualifications 706 and 1&2 or NVQ Level 3
- GCSEs or a solid foundational education
- Hold or be working towards an Institute of Leadership and Management Qualification Level 3
- Level 2 Award in Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) for Catering
- Relevant experience in a catering environment
- Proven supervisory management experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Desirable
