This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a reputable, privately-owned business based in Beaconsfield. We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team to play a key role in achieving future sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage appointments and work in partnerships with internal and external teams to achieve sales in line with budgets.
  • Ensure the sales team represents the business and products well, using systems effectively, following process, and having a great knowledge of the products.
  • Champion the use of the CRM system to manage sales and communicate at each stage of the process.
  • Take pride in presenting products and actively look at how this can be improved working in collaboration with other departments regularly.
  • Provide regular insight to market trends, customer feedback, and competitor analysis to ensure continual improvements in what the company does.

  • Demonstrable experience in sales
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead remote teams
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Great team player
  • Ability to work under pressure and hit targets
