Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Front Office Team as a Front Office Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring a smooth flow of operations.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management, providing clear and concise information and resolving any queries or concerns.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments, such as Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Maintenance, to ensure a cohesive and efficient service.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve any issues that may arise, using your problem-solving skills and knowledge of our hotel's policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Personal Qualities: Be flexible, enthusiastic, punctual, and reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility and a willingness to learn.
  • Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge: Have a good understanding of customer service principles, hotel operations, and health and safety regulations.
