Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Pathway Coordinator to join our team at Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Planned and Surgical Care Directorate, you will play a vital role in delivering an efficient and high-quality medical records service across the Trust.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to our clerical officers and apprentices
  • Ensure medical records are in the right place at the right time for patients to be treated and then returned to the correct storage location
  • Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our medical records service
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Requirements
  • A good standard of general education to GCSE level (5 GCSE grade A*-C) or equivalent
  • Previous experience of booking outpatient appointments
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Experienced iCS and ERS user
