We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse (RGN) to join our team at an esteemed elderly nursing home in Lancing, West Sussex.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care and support to residents with complex needs.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- RGN qualification and active NMC PIN number.
- Previous experience in elderly nursing home care is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A personal interest in working within elderly care.
