Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services to our clients' construction machinery.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on construction machinery
- Conduct warranty repairs and damage repairs
- Visit client sites across the UK to provide maintenance and repair services
- Document all work carried out and repairs necessary on an engineer's iPad
- Ensure 100% recovery of all maintenance and repair services
Requirements
- Strong background in the plant industry is essential
- NVQ Level 3 Plant Maintenance or equivalent is required
- CSCS card holder is preferred
- Experience with diagnostic tools and computer software, including engine diagnostics
- Ability to thrive and succeed in a busy, ever-changing environment
- Excellent level of attention to detail and conscientiousness
- Preferred dealer experience, but not essential
- Must be able to travel outside of the UK to attend manufacturers' training courses
